Maybe you've just popped the question, or maybe you just want to show off how much you love the special person in your life — whatever the reason, these are the moments to capture and cherish for years to come. Couples' and engagement sessions are lighthearted and fun, showing off each of your personalities and the love you share for one another. I'll direct you in posing that feels comfortable and natural, so all you'll have to do is have fun and be with the one you love! Doesn't sound too difficult, right?

Yes, most of my wedding packages include complimentary engagement sessions! I encourage these sessions because this lets me get to know you both better, and also gives you an idea of my shooting style and process before the wedding.

I recommend at least 6 months to a year in advance! The sooner, the better — especially if your date falls during popular peak seasons!

Of course; I would prefer to! This is how we get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit. I always offer a complimentary video chat consultation for inquiries, and I’m more than happy to meet in person if you’re local!

No — I can easily take 5,000+ images per wedding, and you probably would not want every single one! Some of the images can be test shots, people may have their eyes closed, unintentional (or intentional) photobombs, etc. One of the most important parts of my job is to look through every image and select the best photos that represent your day to the fullest. Depending on the collection you choose and how long I’m at your wedding, I usually estimate that couples will receive between 50-100 images per hour of coverage.
